Ordering your portrait is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3…
After deciding which style and price range of portrait you’re interested in:
1. Send me an e-mail with your phone number and best time for a call back. Include any questions or special concerns you may have about your portrait, or call the studio [512-894-0894] to speak to me directly. I’ll answer your questions, clarify your order, the place, date and means of delivery. You’ll receive my fee quote by email.
2. Select your reference photos [see TIPS], and send them to me [see Sending Photos], along with your payment. [see PAYMENT & NO RISK GUARANTEE below]
3. When I have received your e-mail order and instructions, photos and payment, I will send you a return e-mail confirmation and receipt of payment. You will receive an online proof of your finished portrait for your approval. Your order will be shipped upon your final approval.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online portrait proof, or your finished portrait, for any reason whatsoever and notify me within seven days of receipt, I will (at your option), correct the problem at my expense or issue an immediate,100% refund.
